Terms & Conditions:

  1. Initial Deposit Payment requirement for Pre-order booking confirmation. Deposit MUST follow to our invoice DUE payment amount.
  2. Deposit must be paid within 3 days from invoice day or it will be automatically cancelled.
  3. Ready Stock Payment Must Be paid within 24 hours, otherwise Invoice will be automatically cancelled.
  4. Booking deposit are non-transferable, non-refundable
  5. Balance MUST paid after stock arrived before post out or self-collection, All Order for Machine with Water Filter installation need to be informed 1 week early subject our installation schedule.
  6. Once Stock Arrived, Balance payment need to be made within 1 month, after over 1 month period without payment, J Coffee & Beverage will have right to release the stock to others buyers, buyer need to wait for next batch deliver.
  7. Deposit will be forfeited if stock is not collected after 3 Months.
  8. All Ready Stock Payment Must be Made on Duitnow or Instant Transfer, GIRO payment will be wait for clearance only can be collect.
  9. The Purchaser hereby agrees that no refund shall be made for any cancellation of purchase order.
  10. Prices exclude delivery & postage fees.
  11. Return & Refund Policies – All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable except under the following conditions:
A. Wrong Item Delivery by J Coffee
  • If J Coffee delivers the wrong item, customers can request a return or exchange.
B. Damaged Goods During Delivery
  • If goods are received damaged, with missing items, or in incorrect quantity, all claims must be made within 7 days. Complaints must be submitted within this period. After 7 days, returns or exchanges are not possible.
C. For Walk-in / Self Pick-up
  • Customers must check and verify their order upon collection. Once the product is collected and verified as correct and in good condition, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
D. Return and Exchange Requests Cannot Be Made in the Following Cases:
  • When the request is due to a change of mind made after 7 calendar days upon receipt of the products.
  • Any item not in its original packaging and label.
  • When packaging materials are lost.
  • If the item has been used.
  • If the item is damaged for reasons not due to J Coffee’s error.
E. Refund or Replace on Major Failures and Quality Issues
  • Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • Customers are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
By adhering to these conditions, J Coffee ensures clarity and fairness in their return and refund policies. 12.Warranty Details:
  • Warranty period (Follow by Invoice Description stated) for Manufacturer defects, spare parts, the warranty does not cover service, normal wear & tear, any misuse or abuse under normal usage.
  • Warranty Does not apply to any Mishandling or limescale (All Rotary Pump Coffee machine MUST use high quality Water Filter System either Flojet Water Pump if without Water Filter System.)
  • All warranty claims must be sent back to J Coffee & Beverage and the buyer is in full responsibility of all shipping charges to and from.
  • For Machine breakdowns, users can send the products back to us for repair but will bear all delivery and courier charges.
  • Upon completion of repair as per Job Sheet, warranty will be cover within warranty period for the same problems upon returning the unit back to user.
  • Any spare parts will be charges separately if the warranty has been expired, warranty only cover 30 days for the same problem upon returning the unit back to the user.
